    | Objective |

    | The system allows the user to
define text models specific to ISM. These models, set up with a text
editor that is integrated in the system, may later be used in the student
follow-up process for the printing of letters or the sending of e-mails. The text models can contain "replaceable
labels" which will be substituted by the precise values corresponding
to the student being processed (e.g. the name). |

    | Filter |

    | The text models can be filtered
according to the following criterion: |

    | Category | The pulldown menu
proposes the different text-model categories defined in the GPI
"parameterized school data" ("All" by default). |

    | |

    | Data |

    | The text models are displayed
in order of category and model code. For each, there is the following
      information: |

    | Category | The pulldown menu
proposes the different text-model categories defined in the GPI
"parameterized school data" ("Select" by default). The
category is used to classify the text models. It is mandatory. |

    | Code | Two-position code
uniquely identifying the text models within the category. It is
      mandatory. |

    | Text | Preview of text.
The icon calls up the Text screen used to
enter or view the text with the editor. |
